I am so grateful for all the people that reached out today. Thank you for remembering me and for all your wonderful wishes. I had a lovely day starting with breakfast with my parents at IHOP. I drove to LAX to pick up my friend Jane who flew in just for my birthday!!! We went straight to In n Out and then went home for a disco nap. Then we had mani/pedis and went to dinner at Bavel in DTLA, which was recently named the best restaurant! What an amazing dinner!!! We were beside ourselves!!

Today would have been Chris and my 5 year wedding anniversary. I had an emotional morning, listening to our wedding song and closing my eyes remembering our first dance. I thought about Chris more than anything today. It was actually difficult to concentrate at work. I am grateful I had an amazing man by my side. To those friends that knew him, you know that I feel incredibly blessed to have been chosen by this man as his wife. I was fortunate to have a husband that inspired me every day, and made me want to become a better human being. I miss having a best friend more than anything. I was able to enjoy dinner tonight with my wonderful cousin Lisette who was witness to the love that Chris and I shared. We shared stories and reminisced about the past. I’m so grateful for her.
