Happy New Year!

​I hope everyone had a fun and festive New Year’s celebration. I had two of my good friends come over for dinner where I made a rack of lamb dinner New Year’s eve.

I also made Boston Cream Pie. I don’t think anyone I know has tasted this (when I made it in the past) because Chris would rarely share this dessert. This was his absolute favorite and he would finish this entirely in his own. I loved his gusto for this dessert! So I made this and was able to share with my friends last night for dinner, and today with my immediate family. I’m
glad I am able to share it now :-) I know Chris would be okay with it :-)
