Today was pretty amazing! I was able to sleep in a bit, then have a nice brekkie at a place called The Farm. I had eggs Benedict with maple bacon and fresh squeezed orange juice. It was divine! I caught an Uber (Lyft is not available in Sydney) and went to the Sydney Bridge Climb. I was not very nervous to begin with. I arrived and walked through the place looking at pictures of famous people that have done the climb. Frankly, I don’t care what famous people did the climb before me, I just care that I get back alive. They do not allow any photographs while you’re inside the building and during the climb so I don’t have many pictures today except a few. All I can say is that I felt scared in the beginning heading up to the bridge, but once in the bridge I relaxed and I was okay going up. I felt so amazing when I arrived to the top, even a bit emotional. After the bridge climb I felt so invigorated; as if I could do anything! I am afraid of heights so doing this climb was a big deal for me. After the climb I went to the Opera House to purchase tickets to a show in the evening. I returned to my place where I did laundry and began getting my things ready for the flight tomorrow. I skipped lunch in hopes of having a fabulous dinner, which I did! I caught an Uber to the Opera House and had dinner at the Opera bar. The show was FANTASTIC!!! I almost lost my voice from the cheering and wohoo-ing! What a show!!! I had so much fun!!! Once it was all done I took some last photos of Sydney Harbor and said my goodbyes. I took another Uber back to my area. I returned to the Bistro where it all started, enjoyed a cheese plate with a glass of wine. I couldn’t think of a more perfect way to end my last night in Sydney. Until we meet again!
